Flow & Glow: A afternoon of Movement,Self-Care and Cookies

Writer: VaLanDriaVaLanDria

This Valentine’s season, we embraced love in all forms—self-love, community love, and the joy of movement—at our Flow & Glow Event in partnership with Oxford Community Yoga. With the studio at full capacity, attendees joined us for an evening designed to nourish both body and mind, featuring yoga, self-massage, and a special introduction to our newest fragrance: Cupid’s Cookie.

A Night of Self-Care & Community

The event, led by our Founder VaLanDria Smith-Lash, kicked off with a 30-minute yoga session led by the incredible Dr. Yvette Harris. Attendees stretched, moved, and centered themselves, setting the perfect tone for the evening. Following yoga, we guided everyone through a self-massage session using Cupid’s Cookie, our newest limited-edition fragrance designed to soothe and uplift.

As a special thank-you to our community, we gifted exclusive Cupid’s Cookie merch—including tumblers, hoodies, and tote bags—to attendees. The Culture Cohort was also present, adding to the incredible energy in the room.

The Power of Words: Love Letters to Ourselves

To close the night, we invited attendees to take part in a love letter exercise, inspired by the words of affirmation love language. This theme also played a role in the label design for Cupid’s Cookie, reminding everyone that self-love is just as important as the love we give to others.

More to Come!

The overwhelming response to Flow & Glow has inspired us to keep creating spaces where self-care, movement, and community collide. Stay tuned for more events, and if you missed out, don’t worry—Cupid’s Cookie is still available for a limited time!

Check out our online shop to grab yours before it’s gone.

Until next time, keep glowing!
